This novel is a blast. The cover went through rainbow trials before settling on a bold purple; we reused the oversize type from “Toilet at the End of the Universe,” letting the title fill the page so other books become its whitespace. A heart is the universal super symbol—who doesn’t read it instantly or wonder “how many are thinking of you right now?”
Liu An’s writing is addictive: you forget and immediately want to reread, like an endless magic trick. The plot keeps opening new doors, a “just 0.01 more” feeling.
