关于音乐人
崔旭东曾在 2004 年离开 the Nico（万能青年旅店前身）南下，又在 2007 年被声音玩具逐出，2008 年与龙神道、废墟乐队相继分道扬镳，甚至在演出前突然消失。臧鸿飞戏称他是“乐坛白求恩”——乐队最苦时他在，眼看要火时他转身离开。
崔旭东玩过的乐队只要他坚持都能得到更多名与利，可他每次都选择退出，原因只有他自己能回答。目前他是乐队「星期撞树」成员。

About the Musician
Cui Xudong left the Nico—the precursor to Omnipotent Youth Society—in 2004 to head south, was dismissed from Soundtoy in 2007, and parted ways with Long Shen Dao and the band Fuxu in 2008 after missed rehearsals and vanishing before shows. Friends like Zhang Hongfei joke that he’s “rock’s Norman Bethune”: present during the grind, gone the moment fame arrives.
Every group Cui touched could have brought him recognition had he stayed, yet he always stepped away for reasons only he knows. He currently performs with the band Weekday Hits Tree.

Ren Jing is a writer from Shijiazhuang whose prose treats music, philosophy, and everyday tenderness as a single rhythm.
设计师自述：
崔旭东看了我给孙智正做的设计之后找到我，这是他和任靖合作的「书 + 唱片」。项目经历了许多次推翻和重来，从黑白到银灰，最后听从任靖的直觉，留下了醒目的黄色笑脸版本。
内页把音乐制作团队的所有信息像滚动字幕一样串联，让读者随时看到是谁在支撑这张唱片书。黄色像舞台灯打在脸上，笑脸则提醒我们：快乐需要练习，舍得也需要练习。
Designer’s Notes
Cui Xudong approached me after seeing my work for Sun Zhizheng. This “book + record” went through multiple iterations—monochrome, metallic, even typographic-only—before Ren Jing convinced us to embrace a bright yellow, smiling motif.
Inside, the production credits run like a film crawl so every contributor remains visible. The yellow reads like stage light across a face, while the smiley keeps repeating the mantra behind the title: practicing happiness and practicing generosity at the same pace.
