这是一本精选诗合集，从远到近，收录了我们自己满意的作品。
我们爱诗，喜欢写诗。
除开上班挣钱，养活自己外，比起别人，我们算是悠闲一族，只要愿意写，就会有时间，所以，“生活是诗，写诗就是生活”这句话放在我们身上也合适。
几十年来，写作就是我们的一种生活方式，写诗优先，也就成了我们的日常，不管什么时候，只要有诗的感觉，其他事都先放一边，写完诗再说。
渐渐地，有一个体会，作为动物，就如觅食是本能一样，写诗也成为我们的一种本能。觅食是为了活下去，写诗就是活着的动力和证据。
诗已经是我们的血液，少了它，人会虚弱，有诗，精气神就会新鲜。
还有一个发现，写诗久了，人也变得松弛通达，平和宽容，向善而生。
从这个意义上看，写诗实在是一件大好事。

About the Book
This is a selected poetry collection, gathering works from earlier years to the present that we ourselves are satisfied with.
We love poetry, and we like writing poems.
Apart from working to earn money and support ourselves, compared with others we count as a fairly unhurried pair. As long as we want to write, we can make time for it. So the sentence "life is poetry, and writing poetry is life" fits us too.
For decades, writing has been one of our ways of living. Putting poems first became part of our routine. Whenever the feeling of a poem appears, everything else can wait; we finish the poem first.
Gradually we came to understand this: as animals, just as foraging is an instinct, writing poems has also become one of our instincts. Foraging keeps one alive; writing poetry is the motive and proof of being alive.
Poetry is already in our blood. Without it, a person grows weak. With poetry, the spirit feels fresh again.
We also discovered that after writing poems for a long time, a person becomes more relaxed, open, peaceful, tolerant, and inclined toward kindness.
In that sense, writing poetry is truly a very good thing.
